KUALA LUMPUR, 26 SEPTEMBER 2023 – Duopharma Biotech Berhad (“Duopharma Biotech” or “the Company”) is collaborating with HOLISTICS Lab Sdn Bhd (“HOLISTICS Lab”) for MyHalalGig, a Halal managerial platform and digital repository system developed, owned and commercialised by HOLISTICS Lab to assist Halal-industry players in designing, developing and monitoring their Halal Assurance System as well as assisting in managing Halal-related documents and the submission of applications to the Malaysian authorities. To mark the collaboration, a document exchange ceremony was held recently in conjunction with the Malaysia International Halal Showcase (MIHAS 2023) in Kuala Lumpur.
Through the implementation of the MyHalalGig platform at Duopharma Biotech, the Company is able to overcome challenges in the Halal documentation process related to time and complexity, thus reducing costs and paperwork; improving productivity, audit preparedness and ease of monitoring; through centralised data management and comprehensive dashboards.
